Festival « Ciné’Mo’argentin & ligérien »

French photographer and founder of the pubishing house « Maison Calmusséenne », Eric Morin, ask me to design a little A5 size book for the cultural festival «cinéMo’ argentin & ligérien» that take place every summer in the southern part of the Loire Valley in France.

Argentina cannot be explained—it is embodied: in the curve of a hip offered to the moment, in the harsh accent of Gombrowicz in exile, in the bleeding marrow of an Angus sacrificed to desire. What is cinéMo’?
The kinetics of words, or the living body of writing through all means of cultural expression. Whether culinary, theatrical, scientific, or even literary, they carry and intersect with words. Here, it will be a question of interaction between two worlds. From here, from there; what remains with us, what comes back to mind after the journey when we name a country?
This year, we will explore sources of influence, the comings and goings, between the Loire region and Argentina.
